Data we process

BoomPowFit may process the following categories of data:

• Workout plans — plan names, exercise templates, target sets/reps/weights, notes
• Workout logs — completed exercises, logged sets, reps, weights, timestamps, workout duration, plan linkage
• Exercise catalog — built-in and custom exercises you add
• Preferences — theme, units (lb/kg), and app behavior settings
• Health data (optional) — bodyweight read from Apple Health, and completed strength workout records written to Apple Health (if enabled by you)

How we use data

We use data only to operate and improve your in-app experience:

• Creating and managing workout plans
• Running today's workout flow and logging completed sets
• Showing trends and history (volume load, bodyweight trend)
• Syncing your app data across devices through iCloud/CloudKit when available
• Exporting and importing your data when you request it

HealthKit data

If you grant permission, BoomPowFit can read bodyweight from Apple Health and write completed strength workouts to Apple Health.

Health data is used only for in-app fitness functionality. It is never used for advertising and is never sold.

You can revoke Health access at any time in the Apple Health app settings.

Storage & sync

Data is stored on-device. If iCloud/CloudKit is enabled for your account, data may sync across your devices signed into the same Apple ID. If iCloud is unavailable, BoomPowFit falls back to local on-device storage only.

Third-party sharing

We do not sell personal data. We do not share personal data with data brokers or ad networks.

Data may be processed by Apple services you use (iCloud/CloudKit and HealthKit) under Apple’s own terms and privacy policies.

Data retention & deletion

Your data is retained until you delete it in the app, remove the app, or disable iCloud sync for the app.

• Delete plans and workouts inside the app at any time
• Remove Health permissions in the Apple Health app at any time
• Removing the app deletes all local data

Security

We use platform-provided protections including Apple frameworks and device security controls. No method of storage or transmission is guaranteed to be 100% secure.

Children’s privacy

BoomPowFit is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.

International users

Data processing may occur where Apple services operate when using iCloud/CloudKit.

Changes to this policy

If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted at this URL with a new effective date. We will not make material changes without updating that date.
