Privacy Policy — Effective October 4, 2026
BoomNote collects nothing. No accounts, no analytics, no tracking. BoomPowApps never receives your notes. They leave your device only when you send one, through your own Mail account or, if you set it up, your own SendGrid account.
Nothing. BoomPowApps does not collect or store any personal information, and BoomNote has no servers of its own.
Your note text and your saved recipients (up to five, each with a name, email address, and subject line) are saved only in your device’s local storage using the standard iOS preferences system. That data never leaves your device unless you choose to send a note, as described below.
When you tap OK, BoomNote opens iOS Mail pre-addressed to the recipient you selected, with your note. The email is sent by your own Mail account — BoomPowApps has no access to, and never sees, the content of your notes or who you send them to.
Optional: SendGrid. If your device has no Mail account and you connected your own SendGrid account in an earlier version of BoomNote, tapping OK sends the note through SendGrid instead. BoomNote sends the note text, subject line, recipient address, and your sender address directly from your device to SendGrid’s email service over an encrypted connection, using your SendGrid API key. The message goes through your SendGrid account, not through BoomPowApps, and SendGrid handles it under its own privacy policy. If you never set up SendGrid, BoomNote never contacts it.
BoomNote uses no third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, crash reporting services, or tracking frameworks of any kind. The only outside service it can talk to is SendGrid, and only for the optional sending described above, using your own account.

BoomNote does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under 13.
If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted at this URL with a new effective date. We will not make material changes without updating that date.
